1. Please arrive on time to your appointment, anything later then 15 mins is considered no show & must be rescheduled. All no show appointments require a $50 rebooking fee.


  2. Arrive to all appointments that require work being done on your face with a clean, makeup free face.  When we have to remove make up it will cut into your appointment time, resulting in unfinished work or rescheduling. Rescheduling due to this will also result in a $50 rebooking.


  3. We do not offer refund on any services what so ever, once the work is done if you are ever unhappy we will offer a store credit or correction when the circumstance is validated.


  4. We do not offer refunds on any supplies, product purchases or academy purchases.  We offer exchanges on new unopened product within 14 days. any damages done after leaving the store remain the responsibility of the customer.


  5. All deposits made to Elva Beauty are non-refundable.  This includes service deposits when booking an appointment, deposits for any product purchase holds and deposits for any academy training registrations and or academy products.


  6. You must have 40% of your lashes to be considered a fill.


  7. Cancellations for any appointment must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time, no later or there will be a $50 fee.

  8. Classes require a 14 day period to reschedule and are also subject to a $150 fee.  Once this fee is paid you will be rescheduled to the next available training date.

  9. MINI FILLS ARE 3-7 DAYS. Elva Beauty doesn’t do mini fills on other technicians, or salons work. If you book a mini fill with work from somewhere else you will be charged for a regular fill. If you book a mini fill anyways and leave or don’t pay for a full fill your card will be charged the appropriate fee.


  10. Please be careful when booking online. Always make sure you’ve chosen the right location and checked the address. There is a drop down menu on our booking system to pick your specific location


  11. Any prepaid service appointments that is cancelled last minute within the 24 hour period or no showed will result in you loosing that session. No exceptions.


  12. We now require a credit card or visa/debit on file to secure your appointment, in case of a no show or last minute cancellation you card will be charged up to 100% of the service depending on the service it is. As an alternative we can accept $50 deposits by transfer or card over the phone paid before booking your appointment. No deposit or Card Number – No Appointment.


  13. Any Complaints or Concerns after an appointment must be brought to the attention of the managing staff within 48 hours of the appointment.

  14. If you’re 10-15 mins late you are required to pay a $10 late fee.
